Abby Elliott
Abby Elliott
(born June 16 1987) is an American actress and comedian who was a cast member
on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012 and has since been a part of the
Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is daughter
of of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the
second child of the couple. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent
manager, as well as Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her grandfather was Bob
Elliott (radio comedian). Their younger sister actor Bridey Elliott, was born
in Wilton. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she
was an actor in school plays and musicals. She graduated from Immaculate High
School, Connecticut in 2005. She left Marymount Manhattan College during her
first semester. In the year 2010, Elliott was in a relationship with Fred
Armisen, who was a Saturday Night Live cast member. Their relationship ended in
September 2011. On September 3, 2016, Elliott tied the knot with Bill Kennedy,
a television writer. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott learned
about comedy at The Groundlings, and then began training and performing in
various sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
